In a written form to the following address: Elemental Holding sa, 20 rue Eugène Ruppert, L-2453 Luxembourg, or to the company’s address with the annotation: “To the Ethics Officer”, “Report of violation”, “Confidential – concerns irregularity”, “Whistleblower – do not open” – or other analogous statement indicating the confidentiality of the information contained in the letter, which should be addressed to the Ethics Officer
In a written form thrown directly into the alarm mailbox situated on the premises of the company’s workplace
Violations received are investigated in accordance with the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania and the reporting procedure of the Elemental Holding Group.
