Employees

EMP Recycling provides employees with safe and healthy working conditions and continuous professional development:

  1. We support and respect the diversity of our employees. We manage our human resources based on their competence and performance, regardless of their age, ethnicity, gender, or cultural background.
  2. We collect data on equal pay for women and men, and on the number of employees by age and gender.
  3. We routinely hold external and internal training for our staff.
  4. We investigate reports of discrimination or harassment in the organization.
  5. We have clear remuneration and motivation criteria for assessing staff, set forth in our Human Resources Management Policy. We disregard gender in our evaluations and pay rules: EMP Recycling applies the principle of equal pay.

Occupational safety

One of the company’s main objectives is ensuring the health and safety of our employees and partners and continuously raising standards in this area. We implement and comply with applicable occupational health and safety standards based on ISO 45001:2018 and guarantee adequate human, infrastructural, and financial resources to effectively implement and maintain our occupational safety and health management system.

EMP Recycling undertakes to:

  1. Develop and promote a safety culture to effectively integrate health and safety management processes with business processes.
  2. Take proactive measures to minimize the risk of accidents at work and occupational diseases, by implementing relevant safeguard measures, trainings and work process monitoring.
  3. Ensure proper competencies and training of staff, and step up the awareness and motivation of the team.
